LAUNCH THE MID-OHIO MOTORCYCLE RIDING SCHOOL

SCHOOL TO DEBUT AT MID-OHIO SPORTS CAR COURSE THIS SPRING

DUBLIN, Ohio (January 26, 2006) – The Mid-Ohio School, the high-performance driving firm owned and operated by TrueSports, Inc., will add motorcycle riding instruction to its diverse curriculum when it launches The Mid-Ohio Motorcycle Riding School in April.

The Mid-Ohio Motorcycle Riding School, based at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio, will be a division of The Mid-Ohio School and offer the most comprehensive variety of motorcycle activities in the United States. The curriculums will include Motorcycle Safety Foundation® courses for Beginning and Experienced riders, as well as Advanced Cornering and Performance Track Riding programs.

The addition of motorcycling instruction will make The Mid-Ohio School the first motorsports school of its kind in the country offering both riding and driving programs.

This is a move we’ve been planning for quite a while, and the growth in motorcycle sales and the rising demand for quality riding instruction made the timing right,” said TrueSports President Michelle Trueman Gajoch. ȁThe Mid-Ohio Motorcycle Riding School is one more element in a larger strategy for TrueSports, Inc. to make Mid-Ohio a comprehensive training facility appealing to both two- and four-wheeled audiences.”

The Mid-Ohio Motorcycle Riding School will be operated in partnership with Motorcycle Riding School (based in Chicago, Ill.) and Sportbike Track Time (headquartered in Delta, Ohio), two of the country’s premier rider instruction firms.

Enrollment will be available through The Mid-Ohio School’s toll-free number (1-877-793-8667) and web site (www.midohio.com), and programs will be affordably priced from $185 to $295.

To facilitate The Mid-Ohio Motorcycle Riding School and other motorcycling programs and events, Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course has undergone a complete track and pit lane resurfacing since the end of the 2005 season. Other capital improvements for 2006 will include safety upgrades, new track connectors and the completion of an amateur motocross venue.

Our goal is to be the premier racing and riding facility in the country,” said Trueman Gajoch. ȁWith the creation of The Mid-Ohio Motorcycle Riding School and the completion of these track improvements, we’re well on our way.”

Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, TrueSports, Inc. is a privately held motorsports entertainment enterprise. The company owns and operates Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course and The Mid-Ohio School, and promotes a wide variety of motor racing, driver and rider instruction, corporate, and family entertainment events throughout the year.

Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course is a 2.4-mile, 15-turn permanent road racing circuit in Lexington, Ohio. Located 60 miles north of Columbus and 75 miles south of Cleveland near Mansfield, the track has been called the most competitive in the U.S. and annually hosts a diversity of locally, regionally and nationally sanctioned racing events for amateur, club and professional riders and drivers.

The Mid-Ohio School provides professional driving and riding instruction to drivers and motorcyclists of all skill levels. The school’s 19 different programs vary from Defensive Driving, Performance Driving and Racing programs on the automobile side to Beginning, Experienced, Advanced Cornering and Performance Track Riding programs on the motorcycle side. Students enjoy classroom sessions, skill drills, expert personal instruction and lapping on the same track that challenges the world’s top racers. The school has graduated more than 19,000 students since its inception in 1993.

Sportbike Track Time and Fastrack Riders Announce Strategic Alliance

SportbikeTrackTime.com and Fastrack Riders announced today the combining of
the two companies through a strategic alliance. This allows the firms to
offer more high-quality track day events for motorcyclist nationwide.

While each company will retain a great degree of autonomy and operate as
a separate business entity, we will focus on common goals.” stated David
Pyles, owner of Fasttrack Riders, LLC.

This is a great fit because we share philosophies in delivering a great
track day experience to all of our customers” states Monte Lutz who with
Bonnie Strawser own Sportbike Track Time.com.

David Pyles introduced himself to us at the Ducati Dealer meeting at
Barber Motorsports Park in 2004 and immediately we recognized that we both
shared similar philosophies on hosting well organized, safe and fun track
day events” said Bonnie Strawser “as the conversations continued we
realized the many advantages of strategically aligning our companies
included increased benefits to our customers and sponsors. We intend to
aggressively pursue co-branding, co-marketing and sponsorship opportunities
as they arise.”

Current plans call for each firm to maintain separate websites with a
feature page on each website giving an overview the new arrangement. “For
a long time, my vision has been to offer our customers the opportunity to
ride on the greatest selection of tracks around the country. However, I was
weary of other companies who do not meet our high standards of customer
service and especially safety. With this strategic alliance this vision will
become a reality. I am delighted and excited to be working with Bonnie and
Monte of SportbikeTrackTime.com and look forward to offering more top-shelf
events at more race tracks than any other track day company in the USA while
simultaneously maximizing our sponsors investments
in our program.” stated David Pyles.
