Best Advice for Someone Doing Track Days: Find an instructor to follow for a few laps regardless of what class you signed up for, it's amazing what you can learn. There is nothing wrong with being slow, go only as fast as you are comfortable with.

Best Advice for Someone Doing Track Days: Pack ahead of time so your day before is less stressfull, relax and have a good time. Go slow to go fast, as in if you are rushing and feel out of control back it down a notch to a comfortable level, you will learn more. Don't be afraid to ask a coach for help, that's why we are here!
