CANCELLATIONS & CREDIT POLICY
Completing this purchase confirms that I accept and understand the following cancellation and registration change policies:
Refunds (less a credit card processing fee of 15%) are only given if a written request is received 30 or more days prior to the start of an event.
Credit will be issued for cancellations if a written request is received 15 or more days prior to the event.
▸ Credit cannot be applied to completed order
▸ Credit cannot be transferred to another rider
▸ Credit expires 6 months after the date of issuance unless otherwise noted
▸ Riders must contact the Admin Team at info@sportbiketracktime.com prior to their purchase to redeem a credit.
No cancellations are accepted 14 days or less prior to an event for non-members.
Members can cancel for credit up to 10 days prior to an event, and members may sell their spot to another member.

Promotional days of any kind cannot be transferred to another day or rider and are not eligible for cancellation credit.
Track days purchased using mechanical credit cannot be transferred to another day or rider and are not eligible for cancellation credit.
Track days partially paid for by mechanical credit are eligible for cancellation credit for the original order total less mechanical credit applied.

ORDER CHANGES
Order change deadlines vary based on the type of change. Please note that all order changes can only be processed if capacity allows, and must be requested in writing.
Skill Level Change: We know you worked hard for that bump! Please email us as soon as possible if you would like future track time you’ve already purchased to be moved to your new skill group. These changes will be processed anytime more than 7 days prior to the event start, subject to availability, of course.
Day Change: You’ve purchased one of the days but need to change it to the other? Please email us as soon as possible to see if we can correct this. This change, although it is within the event, is still technically a cancellation and should be requested 14+ days prior to the event.
Transferring to Another Rider: One of the best membership benefits! Please email the administration office with the riders’ name and email, as well as the details of the date(s) you’d like transferred. These requests will be honored if they are received more than 48 hours prior to the event start. (That’s Thursday morning at 7 a.m. EST for any event that starts on Saturday).
